How can I pay for my Gift and Delivery NZ wide?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We use Shopify Payments which use the Stripe Platform for very high security. We do not have access to your credit card details as they are handled securely.
You can also choose to use Afterpay (no credit card needed!) or Laybuy to spread your payments out. Just choose this option at checkout.
Can I specify when the gift is delivered?
Yes, you can, and we will attempt to deliver the gift on this day. Note we cannot deliver on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays. Please bear in mind that Rural Deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days to arrive, otherwise normally a Gift Box will be delivered in 1-2 working days. If you have selected Pick-Up please note that your gift will only be available for collection on the date selected between 9:30am - 1pm unless otherwise arranged.
Can I send my gift baskets to different addresses?
Yes! Just tick the Ship to Multiple Addresses Option in your cart.
- If you are sending different Gift Boxes you will have the option to add a new address for each one.
- If you are sending a number of the same Gift Basket to different addresses, it is easiest to just add one to your cart, then tick send to multiple addresses, and use the + sign on the right hand side to add a new item for each new address.
Where can I enter special instructions?
If you have additional delivery information or requests like:
- please swap out a product,
- special dietary requirements,
- or you want us to leave the parcel without a signature required (gifts with alcohol cannot be left without signature),
please enter this information in the Comments field on our order page when completing your order.
Can I buy a custom gift basket?

Can I make a gift fully Vegan or Gluten Free?
Yes! Let us know if you need the gift to be fully Vegan or Gluten Free and we will swap out products to keep within the gift theme and price.
Do you offer discounts if I buy a large quantity of gift baskets?

Can I open an account?
Yes, if you are a New Zealand business we would be happy to open an account for you. Just give us a call on 0800 711 811 or +64 9 414 5348.
How can I change an order?
If you need to change any delivery details please phone us asap! We will do our best, although if your Gift/s have been dispatched already we will not be able to change the instructions.
How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order, please telephone or email us at email@example.com. Make sure to have your order reference available. Please note we must receive the cancellation 24 hours prior to the item being dispatched.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email from us containing all the information of the Gift/s you ordered and the delivery address/es you entered.
Can I track delivery of my order?
Yes. When your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email from Oh Goodie with the courier number and information which will allow you to track the progress of your Gift's delivery progress.
Same-Day delivery cannot be tracked is it is delivered with our private courier. Please get in touch if you need an update.
How will I know the gift has been received?
You will receive a final email when your order is delivered to the recipient.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
Our courier will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if the recipient is not home. If you want us to leave the Gift without a signature, please use the Comments field at checkout to request this. In this case it will have a non signature ticket attached and be left at the recipients address even if they are not in at the time.
Please note that legally the couriers are required to get a signature for gifts with alcohol.
Do you have a shop we can visit?
We have a showroom at E1/4 Orbit Drive, Rosedale where you can pop in to browse around, select and/or pick up your gifts.

- North Island - Overnight
- South Island - allow 2-3 working days
- Rural Delivery - Allow 2-3 working days

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes and also to Rural Delivery Addresses. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery to Rural Delivery Addresses.
Can I get same day delivery for a gift basket?
While most parts of New Zealand require at least 24 hours notice, we can deliver to Auckland metro areas on the same day, if your order is completed before 10:30am (NZ Time).
If you would like this option please select the first available date for delivery BUT then select the Same-Day shipping option at checkout.
Same day pick up is available on request only.
Can I send a gift message with a gift basket?
Yes, when placing your order for gift baskets, you can write a personalised greeting to your gift recipient on the product page of the Gift you choose, before you click Add to Cart. Your message will be printed on our Oh Goodie gift card that accompanies each gift basket we ship - this service is free!
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
Your satisfaction and prompt delivery of gifts is very important to us. We use only the most reliable courier companies. We strive for 100% delivery… and we usually deliver!! If your gift order doesn’t reach the recipient please do call us. We’ll help in any way we can.
Does Oh Goodie guarantee freshness and that my gift will be delivered intact?
