Delayed Delivery

We use a third party, NZ Post as our standard courier. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to a refund. We will endeavor to deliver goods at the agreed delivery time, but we will not be liable for late delivery.

Same-Day Delivery & Holiday Processing

Orders placed during the weekend or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. There are no deliveries on public holidays.

Auckland Metropolitan orders received before 10:30 am can be delivered the same day, please select the next available date for delivery BUT select Same-Day Shipping at checkout. We will pick it up and action accordingly. Some areas may have an additional delivery charge. We do not guarantee a delivery time.

Signature Required

All courier deliveries are 'signature required'. If there is no one home the courier will leave a card so that the recipient can phone to re-arrange delivery. Please state in the comments field if you wish the package to be 'signature not required' and we will ask the courier to leave it even if no one is home. Please note: Gifts that contain alcohol will always require a signature as mandated by NZ Post.

Delivery Charges and Estimated Times for Delivery

Delivery to Auckland & all North Island - $15
Auckland Metro same day (order before 10:30am) - $26
Delivery to all South Island (allow 2-3 working days) - $25
South Island Urban Overnight (not possible for Rural areas) - $40
Rural Delivery - Please allow an extra day for delivery. There is no extra charge.
Saturday Deliveries - can be arranged in some instances. Please contact us hello@ohgoodie.co.nz

Same-Day Delivery: There is no tracking with same-day delivery. If you have any questions about the delivery of your item please contact us hello@ohgoodie.co.nz.
